Her leadership roles include CEO of Green Money Tree Lending Corp. and VP and General Manager at Cebuana Lhuillier Finance Corp., where she launched successful fintech products and streamlined operations. Jennie excels in operations, client management and portfolio management, consistently delivering impactful results.

VP of Product and Digital Marketing

Richard Manaois brings over a decade of leadership experience in digital product development, marketing, and operations. As the VP of Product and Digital Marketing, Richard is responsible for driving product innovation, optimizing customer acquisition strategies, and scaling digital marketing efforts to enhance brand visibility and customer engagement. Previously, Richard served as the General Manager of Split Dragon, where he oversaw business operations and strategic planning for one of the leading e-commerce technology platforms. His leadership was instrumental in elevating the company’s valuation to $47 million in 2023 and $64 million in 2024.

Throughout his career, Richard has demonstrated exceptional skill in combining data-driven insights, and product development with cutting-edge marketing technologies to deliver compelling customer experiences. His expertise spans managing large-scale digital marketing campaigns, driving user acquisition, and implementing high-impact SEO and social media strategies. At Lazada, he led e-commerce marketing initiatives, including Amazon PPC and D2C strategies, contributing to multi-million dollar revenue growth. He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Communication Arts from the University of Santo Tomas and has held key roles in multiple industries, including e-commerce, retail, and financial services.
